THIS AGREEMENT
BETWEEN KING OF BULLYS AND BUYERS IS INTENDED TO PROTECT BOTH
PARTIES INVOLVED, AND IT IS HEREBY AGREED THAT THE FOLLOWING
CONDITIONS WILL BE MET AND THAT NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR
GUARANTIES NOT STATED IN THIS CONTACT WILL BE HONORED.
We, King Of Bullys, go through great
lengths to provide our Buyers with a healthy, loving, and
socialable dog. And above all, to produce dogs with easy
going, laid back temperaments. We, King Of Bullys, guarantee
your pup to be in good health upon delivery/pickup with all
shots and de-wormings necessary upon his/her age. We ask that
you, the Buyer, have your pup seen by your vet within 48 hours
of arrival/pickup. We also request that a copy of the vet's
visit be mailed directly to us. If any health issues are
detected within your visit, we expect to be notified
immediately. No Refunds will be given. NO EXCEPTIONS
However, what we will do is try to make things right, for
example: We, King Of Bullys, will replace the pup with one
of equal value. Should the replacement pup you desire be
higher in value, you, the Buyer, will be expected to pay the
difference, or you can wait for a pup of your previous purchase
price. We, King Of Bullys,
reserve the right to a second opinion from another vet due to
the fact that our pups are genuinely checked by our Veterinarian
prior to delivery/shipping. Also, imperfect hips or hip
dysphasia, bites and tails are not considered a health issue as
this breed is considered a "bully" breed and those imperfections
are common within the breed.
Puppies must be paid in full by 6 weeks
or prior to picking up.
We, King Of Bullys,
DO NOT and CANNOT guarantee Show Ring Placement ability
of our pups or dogs. Different registries have
different standards, and we advise that you, the Buyer,
do your own extensive research on the registry you
prefer prior to making your pup selection here or
elsewhere.
Our pups/dogs are registered with one or more of the
following registries: AKC,UKC, or ABKC so make
sure you ask prior to placing a deposit.
We can ship anywhere in the continental United States
via the airlines. The shipping cost for a puppy is
around $400.00-$450.00 and that includes the airfare,
the health certificate, the crate and the water/food
dish for the trip.
